Hayley Baverstock
Hayley brings over 20 years of dedicated teaching experience and more than 10 years as a qualified SENDCo and teacher within a language additionally resourced provision—which is further complemented by her three years as an inclusion advisor and operational SEND lead in the local authority. Beyond her extensive professional background, she is also a dedicated mother to two sons, including one with ASD and ADHD in a special school. This rich combination of expertise, huge passion for supporting neurodiverse learners and personal insight empowers AIM to create truly empathetic, practical, and supportive environments for learners and families alike.

Lyndsey Marshall
Lyndsey, mum of one, has successfully run an online mum and baby business for more than 15 years. Her experience in the digital marketplace has given her a keen eye for innovative approaches and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of modern families. Coupled with her personal journey—shaped by significant SEN experiences within her own family—Lyndsey brings an equally passionate and empathetic perspective to the team. Her hands-on involvement with the challenges faced by families dealing with SEN adds a layer of genuine insight that helps ensure AIM’s services are both accessible and effective for everyone involved.

Kristie Grimster
Kristie is a highly experienced equine instructor with 20 years of teaching expertise, catering to diverse abilities and supporting complex learning needs. Having developed a lifelong passion for horses through the Pony Club, she rides to a high level and is dedicated to delivering exceptional equine experience.
